This project was developed for a modern family home located in an urban area. The client requested a minimalistic design with a warm color palette, open-plan living spaces, and multifunctional furniture. The concept focused on maximizing natural light, optimizing spatial flow, and creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere.
Floor Plan
The floor plan includes a spacious living room connected to an open kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Special attention was given to circulation and zoning to ensure privacy for the bedrooms while maintaining openness in common areas.
