Project Background
Located in the City of Fortaleza, northeast of Brazil, the IJA Residence was designed to be a cozy residential haven for its residents and receptive to family life. The “L” shaped land favored the choice of implanting the residence in the same format, so that it directly receives the southeast ventilation, characteristic of the region, and makes the house fully ventilated in any room, especially in social environments and bedrooms on the second floor.
