Project Background

customers contacted us to develop a design project for an apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. The apartment is a new building in a prestigious area of the city. The task was to develop an interior in light, warm colors. We also had to take into account all ergonomic norms and increase the corridor, because the developer made it too narrow. It was important to make the apartment comfortable and functional.

Floor Plan

While developing the furniture plan, we tried to implement all the wishes of the customers, but there was one difficulty - we had no place to place the TV in the living room area, because the sofa was opposite the window. Therefore, we came up with the idea of making a sliding partition on which we mounted the TV. It is perfectly visible on the visualization.

For the convenience of performers and to prevent errors, we perform three layers of the electrical plan: 1 layer - Scheme of lighting groups. Here we show the connection between switches and lamps.

2nd layer - Plan of tying lamps. on this plan, we show the detailed location of each lamp/chandelier/light/spot.

3rd layer: Plan of binding of switches and sockets. This is the last layer of electricity, here we show in detail where the sockets and switches should be.

Measurement plan

Dismantling plan. On this plan, we show the walls/doors/ that need to be dismantled.

Installation plan. On this plan, we show the walls/doors/that need to be built.

Plan after replanning. The plan is needed so that the builders know how the apartments should look in the final version, taking into account the plaster and tiles.

Plumbing plan.

Ventilation and air conditioning plan. On this plan, we show where the hood and air conditioner should be.
