The Elegant & Modern Apartment Design in Latakia The design came with a contemporary simple perspective, utilizing calm colors in shades of white and natural materials like basalt stone and wood, to combine elegance and comfort in the living space.
Floor Plan
The apartment layout combined the aim of maximizing all spaces and utilizing them in a way that meets the client's needs, while overcoming the challenges posed by the irregular shape of the building's boundaries. This approach resulted in a practical and comfortable plan that fulfills the owner's aspirations.
Apartment - Bedroom (Master Room)
In the master bedroom, we opted for luxury and warm colors, with well-utilized spaces to achieve both practicality and aesthetic appeal in the design.

Apartment - Bedroom (Kid)
In the boys' bedroom, we maintained the use of white colors and their shades to create an atmosphere of comfort and energy, while preserving the overall style of the house.
Apartment - Drawing Room, Living Room
Black, natural wood, white, and a warm fireplace were used to create a soothing and comfortable space for the residents.
