Through the use of Interviews, Literature sources, and simulation software, it was found that Openings (window) which are the main source of light in the basement office are not large enough to enter the natural light which can be used for office purpose, also their material which is glass

Detailed section of basement which show heat flow from outside to inside the basement indicated by the graph below that range from maximum (outside) red to minimum blue (inside). The temperature of the inside range about 230c and below the outside environment is 27 0c. A human thermal comfort range from 240c to 26 0c but the result of inside temperature is below the comfort zone so people who work there face a problem of cold, which is not a comfortable environment for the basement office.
