Project Background
This is a view of the facade of a commercial building in a densely populated residential neighborhood.
Project Concept
This type of clothing display rack model is what the client wants. Then I create the idea and I put it into the visual.
The client also asked for a clothes display table like this, I modeled it from the start and I also included it in the interior visuals.
Project Highlights
This is a rendering of the basic concept of MENSBATIK. By using a modern industrial interior concept, the client asked to emphasize the character of the clothes rack display with writing on both walls "QUALITY MAKES YOU CLASSY"
This corner leads to a wall that has the words "QUALITY MAKES" written on it.
Floor Plan
This is the floor plan for a second floor building, with a total building area of 120 m2. This is final and the client has approved it and the response has been very good.
Interior Renderings
This is a rendering image of the view from the center point after the entrance.
Angle view from the corner of the left wall looking to the right or the wall that says "You Classy".
The camera angle in the cashier area is aimed at the front of the building.
After climbing the stairs on the second floor, you will see a rendering like this.
This angle shows the angle of view from the front towards the stairs on the 2nd floor.
