Project Background
The project of this luxury villa is mainly based on the fact that this villa is owned by a women, so the colors are soft, shades of rose and the textures also tend to be soft and sweet. The style is neoclassic but luxury, because of the culture of the country itself.
Floor Plan
The Ground Floor Plan is about 435 m2 and has 2 big living areas, two dinning, kitchen and children playground. The bedroom is for guests or for the housemaids who might work there.
Interior Renderings
The LIVING area in the ground floor has soft colours as seen from the render, but also luxurious materials and furniture, as requested by the client.
The dining area is also luxurious, as the owners of the villa wanted to be a welcoming space for their guests, since their culture is like that.
The master bedroom in the first floor has also the soft colors and textures of the whole house. The room is big, so it has also an incorporated sitting area.
The living area in the first floor is smaller but still luxurious, since it is considered as a private space.
The dressing room is also in the first floor, it is designed using transparent glass shelves.
The baby room is also designed following the style of the whole house.
