Project Background
The project was to redesign a spare room for visiting lecturers, for temporary stay. The goals were to make it a relaxing space with minimal functions: a small pantry and a working space. The requirements were met by designing a simple Japanese inspired modern space with neutral colors, placing mirrors for visual enhancement and sufficient storage space for a temporary stay.

The floor plan includes a raised platform for function separation with a tatami table.
