The basement design of a residential complex features a private clubhouse and a fully-equipped swimming pool, reflecting the client's preference for an Art Deco style characterized by opulent materials and visually dynamic elements. The clubhouse design encompasses a cozy living space with a prominent TV wall and a compact kitchen nestled beneath the staircase. A dining area near a well-stocked liquor bar adds to the inviting ambiance.
At the heart of the clubhouse, a sizable aquarium serves as a captivating focal point, complemented by a billiard table for recreational enjoyment. Essential fitness and bodybuilding equipment are strategically positioned near the locker room and pool entrance, delineated by an elegant curtain wall. The interior design of this pool, which is adjacent to a home gym and is separated by a curtain wall, and spaces such as dressing rooms and bathrooms are among their guest spaces. This pool, like the Gym, follows the style of Arco, which has a wall-mounted fountain on one side of the pool with a frame that is built using high-contrast materials and hidden lights, which gives a sense of flow and aliveness to those who are in this space.
On the opposite side, which can be seen from inside the gym, there is a strong symmetrical focal point, on the sides of which the white-cream marble stones are placed obliquely on top of each other, and hidden lights fill the space between them , and in the middle, there is a thermowall with a The strong design creates a frame for a vase, which makes this side a strong and visually effective focal point.
And on the other side, it can be seen that the massage beds are placed next to the steam sauna and the wood sauna, and in order to break the stretched structure of the ceiling, horizontal elements are used for lighting so that the space does not look too stretched.
