Project Background
The extensive glass facade creates a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, flooding the interior with natural light and opening onto a raised patio with outdoor seating. A timber-clad feature wall and vertical louver screen at the entrance add warmth and texture against the white envelope.
Scheme Design
This is a 1-storey contemporary luxury residence with bold geometric forms. The design features clean white volumes, flat cantilevered roofs, and a mix of materials: smooth render, timber cladding, stone feature wall, and black decorative screens. The ground floor emphasizes a grand entrance with triple white columns, frameless glass doors, and a covered porch with recessed lighting. Large curtain wall glazing and sliding doors connect living spaces to the outdoor.
Renderings
The first floor has continuous frameless glass balustrades creating a sleek balcony that wraps the facade. Vertical and horizontal lines create rhythm, while the overhangs provide shade and depth.
The focal point is a large textured stone-clad feature wall set within the white frame, highlighted by recessed downlights and flanked by slim wall sconces. Small trees and shrubs planted at the base add a natural touch to the stone.
