Project Background
This project was conceived as a modern business hotel envelope solution with a strong architectural presence and a refined urban image. The curtain wall design responds to the project’s commercial function by integrating contemporary aesthetics, optimized faade performance, and a clear relationship between exterior expression and interior use.
Scheme Design
The technical scheme illustrates the organization of faade modules, glazing distribution, and connection logic within the overall envelope system. It supports coordination between design intent, structural requirements, and practical execution.
Renderings
The renderings present the intended architectural atmosphere of the curtain wall system, highlighting transparency, material contrast, lighting quality, and the building’s contemporary commercial expression. The design enhances both the daytime identity and the visual experience of the hotel faade.
Immersive, experiential design. Transform your visionary concepts into profitable, world-class realities.
The SEED is a contemporary business hotel project we designed in Algeria, featuring a modern curtain wall design that enhances the building’s identity through transparency, rhythm, and elegant faade composition. The project was developed to balance visual impact, daylight performance, and functional efficiency within a commercial hospitality context.
3D White Model(Photo)
The 3D white model was used to study the massing, faade proportions, modular rhythm, and overall visual impact of the curtain wall design. It helped evaluate the relationship between the glazed envelope, the building volume, and the surrounding urban context.
