Project Background
Designed at Febfour Limited in close collaboration with Mrs. Seyi Ayeni, this 8-floor hospitality project is located in Ile-Ife, the cultural home of the Yoruba people. The design emphasizes landscape integration through proposed hanging raked garden terraces. The building form responds to the site geometry, while the faade draws from post-modernist principles, incorporating native architectural elements inspired by the traditional Ile-Ife kingdom.
