Concept: This prestigious villa project draws inspiration from traditional Mediterranean architecture, adapting its codes to contemporary comfort. A series of arcades structures the facade while providing protected outdoor spaces. The use of noble materials such as terracotta and stone, combined with an infinity pool, makes this residence a place dedicated to serenity and the art of living.
Exterior Renderings
Roman Tile Roofing (Barrel/Canal): The most striking element. The texture of the terracotta tiles brings rich relief and a distinctly Southern or Californian identity. Arches and Arcades: Arched openings on the ground floor and upper level recall Spanish Colonial or Italian architecture, creating a compelling interplay of light and shadow across the facade.
