Project Background
The project was aimed at supporting the Ghana Library Authority’s quest to promote its mandate about children. This project was therefore intended to support the Ghana Library Authority in providing a children’s library as a means of expanding the Greater Accra children’s library which was not spacious enough for the number of children who patronized it.
The facility is a two-story Children’s Library that has been designed to meet all the modern requisite functions of a library for the various categories or age groups of children where the facilities would offer other services to other libraries and schools.
