Project Background
Equipped with luxurious coffee lounge, three executive bars and two all day and private dining spaces not to mention the various conference and fitness facilities, this is a perfect haven for both business and comfort for both local and international guests.
A fully furnished rooftop restaurant with an exquisite view of the city skyline, the famous Ngong Hills and major outstanding architectural monuments in the country, its the perfect dining spot in the city.
A heated rooftop swimming pool is another monumental addition to the lifestyle and fitness in our project.
Exterior Renderings
A 5 Star 14 Storey Building with 90 keys set in the posh leafy suburbs of Kenya's Capital, Lavington, Nairobi. A good interplay of material, between brick, glass and aluminum, WPC and steel and colour between white and grey creates a cool, yet warm and welcoming facade that stands out amongst the surrounding residential estates.
Floor Plan
This is a snippet of the typical Accommodation Floors that include Duplexes, Ensuites and other Executive Spaces on the 10th & 11th Floors. A total of 100 keys.
Rooftop Restaurant and Swimming Pool area is one of our key focal points in the project.
Elevation Plan
Heavily invested in glass facade, allows the spaces to have maximum natural lighting and the CNC cut screens on the front and back allows adequate cross ventilation keeping the building fresh and cozy at all times.
Section Plan
Equipped with two sub level floors and 14 post ground levels, the building stands 50m tall on a 30m x 30m plot
