Project Background
The Stylish & Modern Serenity Business Hotel Design
This project presents the design of a contemporary beachfront hotel developed on a 18,000 sqm linear site, with the primary objective of creating a seamless integration of hospitality, leisure, and relaxation.
The elongated configuration of the site allows for a clear spatial progression—from the urban access point to the waterfront—enhancing both functionality and user experience.
The main hotel building is strategically positioned at the entrance of the site, acting as the central organizational core of the project. Designed with a U-shaped configuration, the building encloses a vibrant central courtyard that establishes a strong visual and functional connection with the outdoor amenities, including the main swimming pool and landscaped terraces.
The hotel consists of 6 floors above ground level, with a total built-up area of 24,000 sqm. The ground footprint of the main building is approximately 3,500 sqm, ensuring a balanced ratio between built mass and open recreational spaces. The ground floor accommodates public and semi-public functions such as the lobby, reception, restaurant, and service areas, while the upper floors are dedicated to guest rooms and suites, all oriented to maximize views toward the sea and landscaped zones.
The site is carefully zoned to provide a gradient of experiences. Active recreational areas—including multiple outdoor pools, a water park, and social gathering spaces such as bars and gardens—are positioned in the central portion of the site. Toward the beachfront, the design transitions into more tranquil and exclusive environments, featuring outdoor lounges, pavilions, and dining areas that offer direct engagement with the natural surroundings.

Elevation Plan
South Elevation (Southern Faade)
This elevation represents the primary and most iconic face of the building, designed as the main hotel facade.
Key characteristics:
A central transparent glass volume (curtain wall system) is placed at the core of the composition, emphasizing the main lobby and multi-storey public spaces such as the lobby lounge.
Two vertical tower elements on both sides frame the composition, strengthening the architectural identity and enhancing the hotel’s landmark presence.
Section Plan
Section A-A is a longitudinal section of the hotel that illustrates the overall vertical structure of the building and the spatial relationships between its different levels. This section passes through the central core of the building, revealing the primary spatial organization of the project.
At the center of the section, the vertical circulation core is located, which includes elevators, staircases, and the main vertical access system.
