Project Background
This project was developed on a compact 390 sqm urban site, where the primary challenge was to accommodate three residential units while providing at least four parking spaces without compromising the quality of the living environment.

Material selection was guided by a desire to connect the project to its local context. Natural Amakoro stone was used as an accent cladding material, introducing texture, durability, and a sense of place while complementing the building's contemporary architectural language.
Floor Plan
The design approach focused on spatial efficiency, ensuring that every square meter served a clear purpose. Careful planning of circulation, parking, and unit layouts allowed the project to maximize the site's potential while maintaining comfortable, functional, and well-lit living spaces.
Elevation Plan
Environmental responsiveness was a key consideration throughout the design process. Due to the site's orientation, the east and west facades were particularly exposed to harsh solar gain. To mitigate this, the design incorporates integrated shading elements and strategically placed planters that reduce direct sunlight while promoting natural ventilation and enhancing thermal comfort within the units.
Section Plan
The project incorporates interior green planters.
