Project Background
The project is located at Nyeri Kenya, the client wanted a modern 3 bedroom house with a master bedroom ensuite an open floor plan which is functional and aesthetically pleasing .The concept was a match box hence the house contains all things required to function .The architectural concept was minimalist and simplistic approach.

a rear view of the house and the kitchen backdoor is a minimalistic and modern design which is also simple using materials like stone concrete glass. all materials are not visible because there is the aspect of ornamentation and not true to materials approach
This is the overview of the project aspects of design harmony and proportion scale are well put same material and concept is used all over the design to make it look like a single idea.The Gate has security watch house with a washroom .
Floor Plan
This is a three bedroom house with an open floorplan connecting the lounge dinning and kitchen area.The design used is simplistic and minimalist approach with large windows for natural light and ample ventilation .The villa has a slab flat roof for additional floor space .The project is on a100feet by 50 feet. The design also keys in factors sustainability and limitless time of the design.
