A residence design made for a nice client at Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia. This Ground+3+terrace residence has built up area of 88.4 square meter. It is a host for 5 bedrooms, 3 family/living spaces, 2 kitchens, studying room, praying room and an office as major characters. It is adaptive and robust design, it can transform to a business area at the ground floor when needed.
The plot area owned by the client is 247.8 square meter. But he wanted to save half of the land for future business expansion. Hence the space to the left of the building is reserved for that need.
