he plot of land is located within a open urbanization to the north of the city, where constructions predominate of single-family homes, but it is observed rapid growth in construction of multi-family homes. the reduced size of the place determines the need for use the maximum location percentage and permitted construction in order to comply with the program required by the client.
They consider three great vertical masses, front, middle and background, which are connected by a closed band that organizes the composition, allows the location of services and generates shade towards the facades.
