Project Background
According to the low-impact development concept of intensive use of land,this project compresses the floor space of the building,preserves the water body,and USES the earth works on the site to create undulating landscape,forming a green open space corresponding to Zhongliang mountain.The water system formed by collecting rainwater in the land is connected with the open experimental areas.The office area is designed as a undulating landscaping building which echoes the surrounding mountains.

The main part of the office building is built on the landscaping building.Allthe buildings are controlled below 50 meters,which makes the whole project maintain a modest attitude in the environment.The whole project space is fluent and changeable,while the north and South run through,reflecting the solemnity and order of the building.
The undulating landscape on the east side is balanced with the continuous laboratory buildings on the west side, representing the green and technological characteristics of the quality inspection center base.The open central park on the east side symbolizes the appeal of building a harmonious society based on the people.
