The design purpose of this project is "to interpret the vitality of the industrial park with diversity, richness and complexity, to promote compactness and diversity to a new height, and to build a high degree of concentration and modern comprehensive industrial park".
The principle of the general plan design of this project is to suit local conditions, according to the location of specific areas and the surrounding current situation planning, topographic characteristics, adopt the form of high-rise office combined with multistorey small single-family office, three-dimensional layout;
while forming a prosperous modern office area, maximize the comprehensive benefits of the land.The facade of high-rise office building adopts modern and simple style: transparent glass large window and horizontal integral decorative line;
Make every effort to build a pleasant industrial park with diversified office environment and public space.
The two buildings are mainly composed of cool glass, reflecting the sense of high-rise buildings standing tall, which will become another bright symbol of the city.
