This project outlines a modern, affordable 3-bedroom family home located on a suburban plot in Wakiso, Kampala Metropolitan Area, designed for a client transitioning from the busy inner city to a peaceful suburban environment.
Exterior Renderings
The architectural concept uses a clean, rectangular minimalist shape that reduces building costs while featuring a north-south orientation, large roof overhangs, and a wide front veranda to connect the indoor rooms with the natural compound.
The space program is split into a social open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, a private sleeping zone containing an en-suite master bedroom plus two standard bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and an outdoor driveway with parking for two cars.
