design of a portable 4 bedroom duplex on a 450 sqm of a modern design, located at west African, northern of Nigeria. the client needed 2 living rooms on ground floor and 3 bedroom on the first floor with bathrooms and a balcony, the design is a minimalist design and a torch of modern design the building should be sustainable to heat and dry temperature of the katsina.
