Project Background
This is a proposed 6-storey hotel building with a bold, minimalist design. The structure features a clean white facade contrasted with vertical brown cladding and integrated LED strip lighting that highlights the building’s geometry at dusk.
Exterior Renderings
This is a 6-storey modern apartment/hotel building with a grid-based contemporary facade. The design features repeating recessed balconies with glass railings, framed in white to create a clean, modular rhythm across the elevation.
The facade combines white render, dark cladding, and wood-textured panels to add warmth and depth.
