Project Background
I designed this residential development to maximize functionality, comfort, and visual appeal while responding to the site's physical characteristics. The planning emphasizes efficient circulation, natural lighting, cross-ventilation, and clear zoning of public, private, and service areas. The design also considers future expansion, sustainability, and compliance with local planning and building regulations to meet the client's functional and aesthetic requirements.
Master Plan Renderings
I prepared the master plan renderings to illustrate the overall site layout, building arrangement, access roads, parking, landscaping, pedestrian circulation, and open spaces. The renderings communicate the architectural vision and demonstrate how the buildings relate to one another and integrate with the surrounding environment.
Master Plan
I developed the master plan to establish the overall organization of the site, including building placement, circulation routes, landscaping, parking, drainage corridors, and utility provisions. The layout promotes efficient land use, accessibility, safety, and future development while creating a functional and visually balanced environment.
