The Architecture: A modern, single-story residential home featuring a distinct split-pitch (shed) roofline, cladded wood-panel accents on the gables, and textured stone masonry pillars/walls. · · The Environment: The project emphasizes a seamless integration with nature. This includes a dramatic backdrop of mist-shrouded mountains at the rear to add depth, a dense cluster of trees on the right side for privacy and framing, and a curated tropical plant bed on the left featuring palm/banana tree.
Exterior Renderings
Faade Textures: The simple walls are upgraded to a realistic, textured off-white stucco. The dark accent panels around the window and foyer column now feature a rugged, natural stone cladding that adds significant depth and organic warmth. · Wood Accents: The upper triangular gable and the window frames are finished with a rich, natural wood siding, giving the modern design a cozy, contemporary cabin feel. · Roofing: The roof features detailed, textured dark asphalt shingles.
Floor Plan
