This multi-storey governmental office building reflects a confident, contemporary civic identity for the Ministry of Finance in Alqadarif Town. The faade employs brick screens, filtering light while reducing solar heat gain, a practical response to Sudanese climate. Curtain-wall glazing offers transparency and natural light to interior workspaces. The building’s massing is bold and rectilinear, anchored by a pilotis at ground level that lifts the primary volume and animates the street edge.
