Project Background
Location of the Tech Startup Hub
The proposal for Agora Tech Park adopts a holistic, systemic approach that leverages bioclimatology and energy efficiency to reduce the construction's environmental impact while ensuring user comfort, thereby fostering greater peer collaboration and driving creative productivity.

Master Plan
The concept behind the proposal for the Technology Park originates from the very name suggested. Starting from this Agora (central square), which, in addition to being a meeting point, a place for leisure and contemplation, is organized as the focal point for the meeting and distribution of transport modes, emphasizing a more dynamic and sustainable urban mobility, prioritizing public transport, encouraging carpooling, promoting bicycle use, and creating an environment conducive to walking.
Exterior Renderings
We propose locating this plaza in the central part of the site, gradually blending it with the native forest, which will remain virtually intact.
We situated the exhibition center so that it merges with the plaza; with its landscaped roof, it acts as an extension of the plaza, creating an inviting space for social interaction among users.
Continuing along this axis, in the heart of the native forest, we are proposing a "Green House"—a covered garden that will serve as the central hub of this environmental connectivity, linking the complex's various sectors.
Aiming to maximize building energy efficiency and adopt a sustainable design approach, the buildings and their functional zones were arranged with an elongated east-west orientation for areas requiring long-term occupancy; meanwhile, buildings housing functions with higher turnover were oriented north-south to preserve green space. This layout maximizes natural lighting and enhances indoor ventilation.
In the northwest section are the buildings dedicated to gastronomy and entertainment—centered around the plaza that integrates the Exhibition Center and the Green House—while the southwest section houses the buildings dedicated to health and wellness. Finally, the buildings dedicated to technology and innovation are located in the southern section.
