The design was majorly focusing on green energy building which incorporated greywater recycling and utilizes biogas production from organic waste; aiming for a sustainable and environmentally friendly living space. i.e. integrate energy-efficient building concepts, such as passive solar design, LED lighting, and natural ventilation(HVAC systems), to reduce energy consumption by at least 30%.
