Project Background
The project is based on a simple principle: Allow every major living space to benefit from the valley view. The residence was therefore organized along the panoramic frontage, creating continuous visual connections between interior spaces, terraces and outdoor leisure areas. The infinity pool acts as the architectural focal point of the development, extending the visual horizon toward the landscape and reinforcing the feeling of openness.

A key design requirement was to give equal architectural importance to both sides of the residence. Since the main access is located at the rear while the panoramic valley views are at the front, the valley-facing elevation was designed as a visual counterpart to the entrance faade, creating a balanced and monumental architectural composition from both perspectives.

The client requested: - A prestigious and imposing residence. Strong architectural presence. Full integration of valley views. Five spacious ensuite bedrooms. Large indoor and outdoor living spaces. Three-car integrated garage. Indoor kitchen with pantry. Separate outdoor wood-fired kitchen. Dedicated barbecue and outdoor entertainment area. - Large terraces on both levels. - Infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. - Private upper-floor family lounge. - Comfortable outdoor relaxation area.
