Project Background
Hotel Kigobe – Project Description
The project consists of the construction of a modern commercial hotel building developed over several levels, including a ground floor, three upper floors, and a rooftop terrace.
The ground floor includes key hotel facilities such as a lobby, restaurant, kitchen, conference room, gym, administrative offices, laundry area, storage spaces, swimming pool, and parking area. The upper floors are mainly dedicated to guest rooms arranged around central circulation.
Exterior Renderings
This is the exterior rendering of EL-SALVADOR HOTEL, featuring a modern, symmetrical design. The central entrance, marked by bold signage, is framed by sleek dark panels and vertical grilles. The side wings stand out with wavy perforated facades, adding dynamic texture while offering ventilation and sun protection. Each floor includes glass-railed balconies for guest comfort. Lush palm trees and decorative boundary walls enhance the welcoming atmosphere, making it a stylish and functional hotel design.
Floor Plan
The plans show a 4-story hotel layout. The ground floor features a lobby, restaurant, conference rooms, gym, pool, and parking. Floors 1–3 offer identical, symmetrically arranged guest rooms, each with private balconies. The top floor includes a terrace with lounge areas. The design balances functional public spaces and private guest accommodations for both business and leisure travelers.
