Project Background
Location: Manzini Client wanted to create a high end residential spaces for NGO employees that had voiced out their concerns on the low quality of houses found in the area. An investor, our client. Brief: The client wanted an open plan living, dining and kitchen space. Well lit with natural sunlight. A simple spacious upper floor looking out to the hill views. There are three units in all, with a proposed pool area, kids play area and adequate parking spaces.
With ample playing spaces for both animals and people, it then seamlessly joins it's interior with the exterior

We wanted our design to compliment it's surroundings. To pop out and be aesthetic. Clean modern geometric shapes that ooze positive energy.
