Floor Plan
The structure is a single-storey building designed for maximum spatial efficiency. The floor plans emphasizes a seamless flow of movement, providing clear separation between public hospitality zones and private service areas. This logical organization ensures that the hotel operates smoothly even within its compact site footprint.
Moving inward, the layout transitions into social and hospitality spaces, including a bar and an open-concept lounge and cafeteria. These areas are designed for flexibility, serving equally well for relaxation or informal business meetings. Their open configuration promotes natural ventilation and maintains a strong visual connection to the island surroundings. To support these functions, a discreet back-of-house wing contains a fully equipped kitchen and dedicated storage.
The accommodation wing comprises sixteen en-suite guest rooms, divided into ten standard double rooms and six deluxe suites. Each unit is designed with a focus on privacy and comfort, featuring contemporary finishes and layouts that maximize natural light. The arrangement of the rooms ensures a quiet, restful environment separated from the more active social zones.
