Exterior Renderings
The exterior renders showcase an elegant country-style bungalow and matching gazebo set against Kisumu’s scenic hills. Featuring a traditional $20^\circ$ hipped roof clad in pre-painted aluzinc box-profile sheets, the buildings show a refined harmony of wall master textured plaster, dark structural concrete bands, and classic stone cladding accents. Built with natural stone masonry pillars, it features a heavy timber-slat sliding gate housed in a dark steel frame. An elegant concrete pergola crowns the gateway, framed by palm trees, low planter boxes, and integrated low-voltage warm uplighting that establishes a secure, private, and highly welcoming estate threshold.
Architectural Rendering-Skylight
This view highlights the high-level horizontal clerestory windows running under the vaulted roof gables. These glass bands illuminate the cathedral-ceilinged lounge and dining rooms with soft, indirect daylight. At night, the warm interior light glowing through these high-level bands beautifully accents the exposed timber rafter trusses, creating a dramatic architectural crown that showcases the bungalow’s luxurious interior volume.
