Project Background
A contemporary hotel-apartment project designed for a compact urban site, combining efficient accommodation layouts with a strong vertical architectural identity. The faade uses rhythmic vertical fins, recessed windows and clean lines to create privacy, shade and a modern street presence, while the ground floor accommodates the main entrance, reception and shared functions.

he main faade features a contemporary vertical composition defined by slender metallic fins and a restrained grey palette. Staggered window openings break the regularity of the elevation and create a dynamic rhythm across the different levels. Recessed openings add depth and provide additional shading, while the more transparent ground floor clearly marks the entrance and shared areas.

The ground floor is organized around a clear central circulation spine, separating the administrative, meeting and service functions.
The layout includes a 39 m² meeting room, a 30 m² Director’s office, a 16 m² secretary’s office, and a 35 m² dining/rest area with an integrated service counter. Two independent sanitary facilities are positioned close to the meeting and office areas.
