Project Background
Based on the functional layout, large spans were required in the product entry and production areas. Therefore, a precast reinforced concrete structural system was chosen. At the front of the building, there is a section housing administrative offices, where the gallery space, elevator shaft, and stairs are resolved using a steel structural system. Additionally, extra product entry/exit zones and storage areas have also been designed with a steel structural system.

Seismic Design
The building's seismic classification is determined under the Turkish Building Earthquake Code. Factors such as purpose, soil conditions, earthquake design parameters, structural system, number of floors, and height are considered. Structural calculations are clarified using design software. This facility, classified as a high-importance industrial structure, is designated as Class B.
