Local regulations require the use of a regional stone wall technique for the facade, with white plastered walls as the only alternative. Doors and windows must be vertically oriented and follow specific proportions, with wooden materials mandatory for doors, windows, and railings. The facade's void ratio cannot exceed a certain percentage, and only traditional Turkish tiles (alaturka) or Marseille tiles are allowed for the roof. These rules have directly shaped the design.
