We are a multi-disciplinary firm specializing in residential, commercial and industrial architectural, structural, and environmental, engineering designs, detailing, and implementation in domestic markets and international competition registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on 13th March 2017. The company is involved in carrying out the business of architectural consulting and contracting, project management, engineering and in particular space planning, civil and environmental engineering, construction, and other specialized projects related to building works and execution of projects. The company was birthed with a strong passion to bridge the gap between the theories and the realities of living, working and playing in a tropical environment. We are an integrated practice with contemporary, creative and sustainable approach to architecture, civil and environmental engineering; we are a rising force, pushing the boundaries of living and working spaces in the tropics to the limits of sustainability, technological processes and local materials in providing greater value for our clients through enhanced design, detailing and implementation.

ABIODUN SOLANKE, MNIA, AIA, INT’L ASS, MGBCN, EDGE EXPERT, PMP
Abiodun bares design responsibilities for all project as the Team Lead. He is licensed with the Architect’s registration council of Nigeria, a chartered member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects, Green Building Council of Nigeria, and the prestigious American Institute of Architects. He has garnered over 15 years of sustainable architecture with special interest in the use of local materials. He is a Fellow of the World Forest Institute, Portland, Oregon (US) where he researched low caron embodied materials for affordable housing. He is undergoing further research on adaptation and application of sustainability metric systems in Nigeria.
ENGINEERING LEAD
MALAOLU TEMITOPE ABRAHAM NSE, COREN M.SC PMP
Tope joined the team as a partner and team lead since inception. He works alongside on the engineering design and management of several projects. His experience embraces the design of engineering systems and installations for a wide variety of schemes, including residential, offices, retail, urban re generation, public, mixed-use, data centers, critical centers among others. He is a chartered member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Institute of Structural Engineers, Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria as well as a certified project manager by PMI.
We establish and maintain a Quality Management System to achieve contractual requirements in: Planning- Construction- Procurement- Manufacturing- Installation- Inspection- Testing. This system aligns with clients' quality requirements. Project Management Services
LITEHaus provides comprehensive project management services, including:- Engineering- Design- Procurement- Construction- Supervision- Servicing for Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, and Civil Engineering projects.
Operational Procedures:
Our operational procedures involve both key personnel and lower-level personnel, tailored to each project's specific needs. We have management review plans that cover:- Quality system audit results- Major quality problems and trend analysis- Customer complaints. These procedures ensure our standards are maintained throughout project execution.
Safety Policy:
We prioritize health, safety, and environmental protection, adhering strictly to client policies. Our goals is to minimize damage to property, human life, and the environment- Ensuring employees and others are safe from exposure to danger- Promoting peaceful dialogue in conflict resolution- Protecting the environment by minimizing damage during projects. We strive to leave the environment in its original state after project completion.
