Our Design & Other Services: Architectural, Structural, Electrical, plumbing, Interior, Landscaping & master planning, 3D-view, Animation, Brochure design, Interior design & works, Lightining Protection System (LPS), Fire System & Solution design, Machine Layout plan (Composite/Oven/Sweaters/Washing/Knitting/ Denim/Footwear etc), BOQ preparation, Project management & supervision.

Architectural Activities performed: Responsible for preparation of conceptual drawing for working & approval plan according to local government rules (Rajuk, Pouroshova etc) through study on digital survey report, geographical location, local environment & nature, culture of nation, use of structure, choice of owner, beauty of structure.
Civil Engineering Activities performed: Responsible for assessment of soil condition through study on sub soil investigation report and geotechnical/foundation design. Structural analysis & Foundation Design, Supervision & Quality control of high rise multi-storied residential, commercial, industrial, educational RCC/Steel building. Quality control including concrete mix design, material testing, fabrication and erection of structural steel and checking of reinforcement placement & concrete producing. Confirmatory test on improved ground through SPT, Laboratory Test, Plate Load Test (PLT) and obtaining improved ultimate bearing capacity. Detail engineering assessment (DEA) and Retrofitting work of RCC and Steel building including preparation of as built drawing of existing building, FEM model for structural analysis (Etabs/SAP2000) & checking of adequacy. Recommendation for remedial action implementation with Quality Control and Safety measures.
Electrical Engineering Activities Performed: Responsible for assessment of Lighting and illumination, Voltage & Current rating, Estimation of electrical load, Earthing system accordance to measured value of earth resistance. CCTV and Electrical wiring design, Circuit design SB, SDB, MDB. Cable, CB, MCB, MCCB, Transformer & Generator selection.
Fire Safety System Activities Performed: Responsible for basic fire safety system plan of Fire fighting system, Detection & alarm system, Fire & Gas (Co2, FM-200) suppression system, PA & VE system, Emergency direction & lighting, Water conservator tank size selection & layout, Fire fighting pump size selection & room layout design. Location design of portable fire extinguisher, manual call point, emergency exit light, fire hose cabinet, hydrant & sprinkler system, Fire door.
