My name is Okafor Echezona Chibuike. Multi-talented and resourceful individual with a career-focus in Architecture, Planning, Interior and landscape designs. An enthusiastic and passionate problem solver with demonstrated skills in 3D modelling, visualization, architectural planning and analysis and management. With more than 5 years of experience in architectural designs and drawings, particularly 3D models and working drawings, I bring to your team a trained eye for detail and a keen sense of modern and aesthetics. I help families design and build their dream homes from the scratch and I also create innovative workspaces that foster productivity and collaboration. Space Functionality is my key while giving aesthetics pleasing works Although all of my projects are so dear to me, I’m particularly proud to have contributed to Azuri Peninsula project which is one of the biggest Residential and Commercial Towers in Nigeria. It is 26 floor triple towers that sits on 5 floor podium and a basement level. It is a concrete structure with well selected first choice finishes from all over the world boast of luxury apartments, villa townhouses, office spaces and residences. it also has multi- level parking area. Having taken the position Quality Assurance and Quality Control Inspector for Curtain Walls and Aluminum Works, this wide-ranging experience of a complex, large-scale project I am keen in giving out excellent results and also render services that can add value to interested clients that admires quality works (designs).
