Once we have come to an agreement , I will collect relevant architectural data necessary to initiate the First phase of architectural design process__
PHASE 1: Sketches and First Drafts. During this phase of the architectural design process, I will take the information I have gathered from you to create first sketches or drafts. At the point, you can request additions, corrections and modifications.
PHASE 2: Final Drawings Once we come to an agreement on these drafts, I will then refine them to the best desired quality and submit them to you in CAD or PDF files. You may still be able yo request minor modifications which i will incorporate and wait for your approval.
PHASE 3: You or your contractor will then use these detailed drawings and specifications to prepare for the next phase in the actual construction or refurbishing.
