Founded in 1997, Shenzhen Lianhe Chuangyi Construction Co., Ltd. was approved by Shenzhen Municipal Construction Bureau in 2001. It has become one of the first batch of pilot enterprises of joint-stock reform in design industry in Guangdong Province. Now it is a member of Shenzhen survey and Design Industry Association, a director unit of Shenzhen Urban Planning Society, and a standing director unit of Guangdong Building Energy Conservation Association. It has won the title of "civilized and honest enterprise" in Shenzhen title. The business scope of the company covers construction engineering design, municipal engineering design, urban planning and design, etc. The design qualification grade is grade A in construction industry (Construction Engineering), Grade A in Municipal Industry (Road Engineering), grade B in municipal (Bridge Engineering) and grade B in urban and rural planning.It has more than 300 design, management and logistics personnel, among which about 100 are qualified as national first-class registered architects, first-class registered structural engineers, registered public equipment engineers, registered electrical engineers and registered planners.
