ARTIM DEVELOPPEMENT is a cooperative and participative company based in LOME (Togo). It operates in the fields of architectural design, engineering, urban planning and studies, and transport and sustainable urban mobility.
The company was created by professionals wishing to combine complementary skills within the same office, to provide a global, cross-disciplinary vision of the built environment and territories. It guarantees solutions adapted to every scale, from plot to territory, from planning to development and design, through a pragmatic and sustainable approach.
ARTIM's vocation is to innovate by proposing projects that integrate perfectly into their environment. Urban and economic constraints, social and environmental issues, and the promotion of African heritage are all key aspects of our design approach. This philosophy is reflected in all our projects.
In every project, our team guarantees an approach based on consultation and communication. We listen to the issues and objectives of all project stakeholders. Our vision of development and design is based first and foremost on a pragmatic analysis, then on the implementation of relevant, contextualized proposals in light of our African expertise in the fields of architecture, urban studies and construction economics.
