So far in my experience I've design and built; 4 and 3 suspended floors of 3 bedroom block of flat. I have also design and built a terrace of 4 flat of 3 suspended floors with basement and plaza of 32 units with a basement. I have design and built a duplex. My design used softwares are AutoCAD, prota structure and Revit. I'm still on the process of comparing my design results with etap and staad Pro.
